Shipping

We strive to get your art to you as soon as possible, though shipping durations vary depending on your location and our shipping partners. Rest assured, we are working tirelessly to ensure your art arrives in perfect condition.
 

Tracking your order:

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

How your orders will arrive:

Due to the production time and postage materials (eg: envelope for cards vs tube for prints), if you order multiple items they will sometimes arrive in separate packages or at different times. Prints tend to take the longest out of our products to arrive due to the production time for these (Giclée ain't no joke! but it's a lovely quality print).

How long will they take:
 

We're new to the shop game, so as we continue getting orders out we'll begin to get some clearer expectations for shipping timelines for each region. 

What we've found when testing production and shipping times so far...

  • Notebooks and Bookmarks took between 4-6 business days to arrive 

  • Phone cases took 2-4 business days to arrive  - longer to Australia though! Add another week.

  • Prints took between 14-18 days to arrive - this is ages I know but it was the best quality provider.
     

Phone Cases:
 

As you can imagine there are a million different sizing options for phone cases, we try to order one of every design to make sure it's perfect but we can't order one of every size (lest we take out some hectic loan lol) so if your case doesn't arrive exactly as it should - eg, good quality, good art placement then please take photo and email it to us at hello@emmylawless.com and we will fix it for you and resend at no cost but so far so good!!!

Return Policy

We partner with a printing service to provide uniquely crafted products, tailored specifically to each order. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges based on change of mind.

We are committed to ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or suffers from a manufacturing defect, we are more than willing to offer a complimentary replacement or a full refund.

To be eligible for this, please reach out to us at hello@emmylawless.com within two months of ordering your product with your shipping number if it is a lost item or a photo of the item if it is a manufacturing defect. Thank you!
